“Everyone I have encountered in the building are great residents. I love that my apartment faces the back of the building, so it is very quiet. The Maverick itself has made 28th Street look like a desirable place to be on and live at. Looking forward to what the potential retail spaces on street level might look like.”

“everything is good but not knowing that there is a club two buildings away changes everything. I have terrible insomnia so I can’t even sleep on thursday~saturday. This information should be provided to all visitors.”

“Well maintained, spacious apartment! The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The initial apartment viewing/scheduling was a long hassle with the brokerage team but once we progressed to the leasing team (Samantha W.'s team), it was a smooth experience.”
