“Pros: The building was updated and scheduling maintenance was easy. Cons: Hallways weren’t cleaned well. Holes outside of building are being poorly maintained with temporary solutions.”

“Pros: Overall no major complaints! Responsive management and nice apartment in a great area! Cons: Some occasional packages got stolen and the street/ garbage area had tons of rats but like its also new york so you can only do so much! Advice to landlord: give better instructions to tenants upon move in around things like ac units and washing machine use”
