“Pros: None - they will completely ignore you. Cons: No regard for tenant safety or livelihood. Avoid at all cost. Advice to landlord: Get a superintendant that knows what they are doing.”

“Pros: The location and the landlords are great. Cons: The insulation in the walls is not good and you can hear your neighbors very easily.”

“Pros: Incredible location, clean, monthly pest control (never needed it), repairs are done quickly, excellent water pressure & kitchen appliances. Nice hardwood floors and exposed brick. Cheap laundry in basement. Cons: Apartments facing street are loud at odd hours because of the police precinct across the street. Also no street parking for same reason.”
