“Unit 5F Pros: Units renovated, A/C and washer dryer, rooftop, citibike access, storage in basement, Bluetooth stereo in living room, dishwasher Cons: Management is slow to respond to inquiries, slow to fix things (took them months to fix our broken dryer + weeks to fix our hot water/water pressure), no elevator, building itself is a bit dilapidated, butterflymx buzzer system breaks almost every month, management now reports your rent payment to credit companies Advice to landlord: Management staff is overworked/super slow; more organization and more staff for timeliness”
