“Pros: Everyone who lived there was super cool, there were absolutely no cockroaches, mice, bed bugs etc Cons: A group of 20 something’s would hangout on the stoop every day (none of them lived in the building- but they were always nice), handyman didn’t speak English and ghetto-rigged my leaking pipe two times and didn’t want to actually fix it. The landlord stopped responding and I couldn’t get in touch with him anymore- had to reach out to a real estate broker and obtain contact info so I could move out. Advice to landlord: N/a”

“Unit 2a Pros: It was honestly a really good apt. Hot water, sunlight, modest kitchen everything worked well. Cons: The bathroom was an ugly color, the rooms were a bit small Advice to landlord: I really enjoyed renting from them, I could drop of rent in person or mail it, they were responsive when I needed help and even let me in once when I was locked out. They live nearby and check on their building. Good owner.”
