“Pros: The location was the best part of the apartment. Cons: There was a crazy person that created problems with other people that lived there. The cops were called various times and the management company was informed numerous times but didn’t do anything. He harassed too many people from the building and nothing was done. Advice to landlord: Make sure that you don’t let crazy psychopaths live there.”

“Pros: Neighbors, no smoking, and the friendly super Cons: Mouse and water bugs, and repairs that never happen or require multiple follow-ups. If sth breaks, takes 6m to get fixed and only if absolutely necessary- they don't care about cosmetics, and leaking ceilings don't get painted after repairing the leak. They've been renovating the entrance for >6m now, still have dangerous exposed electrical cables sticking out of the walls. Advice to landlord: Check on your repair crew/ subcontractors for sticking to their time frame and get guarantees that the issue will get fixed! They don't know what they are doing!”
