“Pros: Rooms are good size. Cons: Property management sucks, leaks, mold, washer & dryers are really old and doesn’t work properly, stolen packages, balcony is not maintained, gym is not maintained properly Advice to landlord: Respond to tenants when they ask to fix something.”
