“Pros: Neighbors are very nice and helpful to each other. Cons: The management company will almost never respond in time. They will almost never pick up your phone. No covid response. No communication. Advice to landlord: Dedicate a person to answer calls and tackle issues solely to each building you own. Also communicate more openly.”
