“Unit 10 Pros: Many of the units are completely renovated, rent-controlled, responsive management, maintenance does well to try to maintain cleanliness and order in the building Cons: Residents are often very loud and generally disrespectful especially with regards to trash which is often left at the door to trash area or dropped from windows into trash area breaking bags, trash situation has created a serious pest issue, management does not have respect or control of the behavior in the building so nothing changes Advice to landlord: Start fining the disrespectful behavior”

“Unit 1 Pros: nice building, prompt maintenance response, spacious rooms Cons: huge roach problem, biggest ones I’ve ever seen and we saw them very often in our apartment”

“Pros: Building manager is always responsive Cons: Lots of noise outside the apartment, street level”

“Pros: the super is very responsive and helpful with high priority asks (gas leaks, water leaks). Have not had issues with mice. Cons: the property manager is unhelpful and packages have gotten stolen.”
