“Pros: -walking distance to everything Cons: -Management very rude. -Superintendent very unprofessional, lazy, complains about doing his job. -filthy building:hallways always dirty, you complain to management or superintendent and nothing is done about it. -maintenance takes forever to fix. Advice to landlord: - Fire existing superintendent and hire another ASAP!”
