“Pros: Nice interior of unit, dishwasher, large space, pretty brick, high ceilings, water included in rent. Cons: Mold growing in the basement where laundry is, always nasty hallways, roaches around. Heat never turns off in the winter, super is impossible to get ahold of. Trash is rarely taken are of. Advice to landlord: hire better management”

“Pros: - Neighborhood was cool and full of culture - New units with renovated appliances Cons: - Walls were thin so it feels like your neighbors are in your living room - Roaches, but there is monthly pest control to help combat them”
