“Unit 4th floor Pros: Apartment itself was great Cons: Management is THE WORST. Garbage is everywhere on the 5th floor on a tenant’s balcony. Ceiling had water damage and management said they would paint over it, rather than fix it. Building has zero security and the front door would often not close properly. Don’t live here Advice to landlord: Fix your building and listen to your tenants”
