“Unit 3A Pros: Laundry on every floor, trash shoot on every floors, live in super, mainly families in the building Cons: A bit far from the city, if you want a younger crowd this is not for you”

“Unit 2H Pros: Super is very helpful, large amount of space for a decent rent. Shared laundry room on each floor. Cons: Had a baby roach infestation once that I had to tackle myself. Appliances are way outdated and kitchen cabinet hardware is also falling apart (the broker had told me the kitchen cabinet knobs were “just replaced”). Laundry machines malfunction on occasion and have ruined some of my clothes. Heat gets way too hot in winter and no way to control. Advice to landlord: Consider updating the building and unit amenities.”

“Unit 2J Pros: Spacious, big bedroom, super friendly porter and responsive super Cons: Heat isn’t on often enough, turned off at night and for some reason my bedroom heat isn’t as high as kitchen and living room”

“Pros: Great super, lots of space (huge unit) for $, rent stabilized. Good building maintenance overall, W&D always working, super responsive to weird issues (eg strong smell of weed in the bathrooms from vent sometimes). Monthly bug spray treatments available. Cons: Thin wall (loud obnoxious neighbor sex and parties sometimes). Baby roaches in the kitchen, had to purchase anti-roach supplies myself from Amazon to get it in control.”
