“Pros: The building is clean and neighbors are great. The super is amazing. Laundry in basement. Cons: You don’t control own your heat. Pets are not allowed. Landlord doesn’t know how to communicate and is abrasive, speaks before thinking and never prepared with receipts. Advice to landlord: Learn to communicate”
