“Unit 3A Pros: Large space and rent stabilized, generally clean-ish and maintained, kind neighbors. The super was kind and responsive to issues, and took good care of the building. Cons: Water was an issue, sometimes the shower was barely working. There were also mice throughout the building even if you kept your apartment perfectly clean. The management wouldn't do more than offer sticky traps. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive to pest issues.”
