“Pros: Really convenient location for transit! Also has garbage on every floor. Building is kept quite clean and management tends to address issues that are surfaced to them. Cons: Can be noisy due to the location on 14th St.”

It's embarrassing that you fought tooth and nail to keep your prices so high during a pandemic but couldn't even bother doing the most basic and obvious repairs for the apartment.”
