My roommate and I worked for months to vanquish our cockroaches and we finally succeeded, but it took a lot of time and energy and the property owner wasn't particularly helpful - The rental company, Sackman, ghosted us when we tried to negotiate our lease renewal”

“Pros: Loved this apartment! I lived here for two years and never had a problem. There’s laundry on the top floor and my unit had a dishwasher. The super Alex is incredible, he always fixed anything within 24 hours and was just a great guy. They had a free exterminator every month and if ANYONE saw a bug everyone had to have the exterminator in their building. Cons: My kitchen was shafted, the living room had no natural light, no central AC, no elevator Advice to landlord: Install central AC!”
