“Unit 3 Pros: very close to grocery stores and necessary goods Cons: there was a pest control issue with cockroaches and mice, the rental company was not super responsive and imposed exterminator fees on me despite the fact that I came to the apartment and it was already in a pretty messy state. Advice to landlord: Kill the freaking mice”
