“Unit 302 Pros: I loved being at the corner of Broadway near the subway but with the entrance on a quiet side street. Cons: The gym facilities felt very cramped and were not convenient to use. Additionally, the location in the basement made it difficult to get wifi in the gym. Advice to landlord: The building is under new ownership and remodeling is in process. My advice would be to keep the unique layouts and usually high ceilings, which made living here an especially nice experience.”

“Pros: High ceilings, gym, doorman, laundry in building, thick walls, huge windows, built in A/C Cons: Noise from street can be loud, sometimes weird smells”

“Pros: Friendly staff, friendly and attentive door attendants, everything was clean (incl elevators and hallways), responsive management Cons: Rent Payment by physical check under current management. Saw a mouse in the basement only once, but hey, it’s New York, rat problems can get so so so much worse in the city. Advice to landlord: Keep it up!”
