“Unit 1D Pros: Clean,quiet,safe neighborhood,close to everything Cons: They don’t really help you if you have pests (especially mice infestation) i had to pay out of my pocket to solve the problem,and they didn’t want to pay me back the entire amount I paid. They said “as a courtesy the landlord agrees to split the amount “ so they just paid half Advice to landlord: Their realtors agents need to be more honest with people not try to hide some things”
