“Pros: Large space, lots of light, not too many floors, very clean, staff are nice, exterminate every month, neighbors keep to themselves but very friendly if you do come in contact, they accept cats, one block away from Astoria park and walking distance to restaurants, Cons: They don’t allow dogs, kitchen is very small, older plumbing, very creeky floors Advice to landlord: Renovate some of the apartments”
