“Pros: Quiet area, schools, no shopping Cons: Mice, cockroaches, no laundry in the building, hot water problem, because people have their own washer. In the winter time very cold in the apartment, I have to put extra plastic on the windows to keep hit inside. No food and other shops nearby Advice to landlord: Get rid of mice and cockroaches. Get hot water running all the time , not only sometimes. Get more hit at winter”
