“Pros: Ability to have laundry installed in unit, app communication w landlord & super means quicker back & forth than some, very limited pests if you handle your trash & compost well, 1 good coffee shop nearby Cons: Rent was raised 500 dollars after our 12 month lease went up, you can hear the neighbors very well, there are heating/cooling units in every room that slash the square footage of each room and make good furniture placement very difficult, no compost service, apartment designed for very tall people makes day to day life annoying.”

— 185 THOMAS S BOYLAND ST · Brooklyn“Unit 3 Pros: Everything's nice and usable and very clean Cons: The management is terrible and they will ghost you after you move out. Look up resources online, if they don't have an itemized deduction off your deposit, you can sue. Advice to landlord: Give me back my deposit money and don't try to say I did things I didn't.”

— 2124 A FULTON STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Nothing at all! Cons: Property owner isn’t considerate, charges late rent fees during coronavirus pandemic, allows tenants who rent out their apartments to Airbnb which brings strangers and party people inside the premises, they don’t sanitize the premises during the virus crisis. Advice to landlord: Stop badgering tenants for rent during a financial struggle in the middle of a pandemic!”
