“Pros: Close to train stations and stores are useful in the neighborhood. Apartment is very spacious for fair rent Cons: The building does NOT get maintained. Ive lived here for 4 years, and do not remember the last time or if ever someone has swept the halls. Heat is inconsistent. Do not expect to be warm in your home. Neighbors are extremely noisy to the extent it’s considered rude to ask a neighbor to turn down their music. Super, management, and plumbing are not tentative to tenants needs. My super blocked my number because he was tired of being asked to do his job.”
