“Pros: Large units with condo finishes Cons: Shady rental practices whereby the leasing company charges inequitable rents, no opportunity to create community, the block the building is on is disgusting, with rats, people defecating on the front door, ejaculating on cars parked on the street, and drug paraphernalia found in front of the building at times. Advice to landlord: Stop engaging in shady rental practices.”
