“Pros: Well kept, stunning lobby, friendly neighbors Cons: Superintendent is rather rude. Management is a bit antiquated regarding using only front door and not allowing residents to use side door, which has a ramp (wheelchair, grocery carta, strollers, etc.). Garbage should be better: more automatic. Frequently there’s no place to put garbage. Advice to landlord: All good here”
