“Unit 13 Pros: Not a big building. Its quiet and basically on a clean street with no drama outside. Near the trains and there are coffee shops in the neighborhood. Cons: This building has a roach problem. No matter what you do they are there. The apartment (one bedroom) is extremely small and it is really a studio parading as a 1 bdrm. Advice to landlord: Please handle this serious roach problem”

“Pros: Very quiet, nice neighbors, awesome and responsive Supe, felt safe Cons: Could not get rid of roaches, shower constantly backed up, very dark in the back lower floors, cheaply made kitchen drawers kept breaking Advice to landlord: Every apartment in that building needs to be treated for roaches as some of the neighbors are not clean. You really need to reinforce the cabinetry in the kitchen.”
