“Pros: elevator, large size rooms, close to subway Cons: Severe roach and pest issue, no exterminator, everyone’s garbage drop off is in a small closet in the hallway, causing flies and smells terrible, the neighbors are extremely loud and dirty they make parties/baby showers infront of building until 6am every weekend. Vomit, garbage, beers, cigarettes in all the hallways- all the time! Neighbors steal your packages and management won’t check cameras or help for nothing. Walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, cabinets everything is extremely old and literally falling apart. Rent goes up every year. Elevator is constantly breaking down and hardly ever gets inspected. I dont feel safe living here. Advice to landlord: remove garbage rooms & get monthly exterminator, renovate the apartments, create security system for entering building”
