“Pros: Rent is cheap, the apartment is relatively spacious Cons: Inadequate heat, leaks in most apartments, faulty and hazardous electrical wiring, issues with doors to both apartments and buildings, super does not know how to repair these things but the landlord won't let anyone else do it.”
