“Pros: Great location close to the A/C/1 trains and hospital, with many local and chain restaurants. The neighbor hood is so lively and beautiful. An NYC gem. Cons: No elevator in building and UPS packages are rarely delivered on the proper date because they refuse to ring the bell Advice to landlord: Lower the rent bro.”

“Pros: Very helpful management, quick to respond and will work with you on rent and issues in the apartment.Neighbors inside the building are helpful and nice. Cons: This building is loud!!! Not as much within the building, but the neighborhood is extremely loud and the building sometimes shakes from all the noise outside. There are some roaches and bugs, although an exterminator comes and it is not out of control. Outside the building there often people loitering on the stoop that often cause or get into trouble.”

“Pros: Great, we’ll renovated apartment. Good space. The management company was responsive with issues but most ratings affect the area and the other inhabitants Cons: There is no responsibility amongst the neighbors to keep the building public areas clean. Packages get stolen, pest problem rampant in hallways, stairwells and apartments. Noise level is always elevated on street and lots of people camped out front. General cleanliness in building greatly deteriorated at the beginning of covid. Advice to landlord: Be on top of the public areas and especially the pest issues.”
