“Pros: Apartment was nice and building management was pretty good. Didn’t have major issues during the time I lived there (3 years). Cons: Walls were a little thin. My first neighbors were very respectful of it, but second neighbors less so. Advice to landlord: Property owner was pretty good.”

“Pros: Not much to compare it to since this is my first apartment in the city but overall a positive experience Cons: lots of outside noise from new building being created, walls can be thin”

“Pros: Responsive management team; super gets things done; they have an exterminator that comes every month; building common areas are kept clean. Cons: Not much honestly. Management is very particular/picky about how things are done which can be a bit annoying. Advice to landlord: Keep it up!”
