“Pros: Strong management with monthly exterminator visits and routine check ins. Renovated interiors with good heating, water pressure, utilities. Central location. Rent increases have been fair for the past three years. Cons: Biggest con would be noise, between neighbors and foot traffic (multiple festivals every year on Grand st). Recycling is confusing. Stairwell could be better maintained Advice to landlord: N/a. I love you guys.”

“Pros: Great management, always responsive and very quick to fix things as they come up. They go above and beyond. Cons: Have been recurring issues with heat in the building, not even trash cans and not very well labeled where to recycle vs trash.”
