“Pros: Nothing at all. Cons: First of all the price for what they provide is extremely inflated. This building represents many health issues arising from the walls that further extend into the quality of ventilation and air within this building. Building is infested with roaches. Very uncomfortable place to reside in and would not at all recommend it. Advice to landlord: Retire as soon as possible.”
