“Pros: The management was great when I lived here! It's across from Central Park, so it had great views. Lobby, hallway, and basement are maintained relatively well. The super was also very responsive and helpful. Cons: The biggest problem I faced there were was the lack of ample laundry machines in the building. I ended up having to use machines from the adjoining building (which was a solution suggested by management) which was a bit annoying considering we paid for in building laundry. There were some issues of mold in the bathroom (due to a lack of a fan) and a short-lived roach problem. Both issues were fixed relatively quickly.”

“Pros: Nice neighbors, quiet building. Front of building and entry kept neat Cons: Very old, floor uneven in apt which led to floor cracks Advice to landlord: No advice, doing well!”
