“Pros: Cleanliness, responsiveness, fast to take care of residents, very cool location, management is kind and lovely and is a saving grace upon any emergency. I was locked out of my apartment and Mahan was extremely quick, kind, and professional. I would not want to live anywhere else in New York besides this building, Cons: No cons at all. Love it. Advice to landlord: Thank you for all you do!!”

“Pros: The location and vibe of this place is fun. Cons: This apartment is extremely loud, with paper-thin walls and neighbors who throw parties every weekend. Advice to landlord: Work with neighboring building owners to reduce noise levels outside in patios”
