“Pros: Very responsive supers, safe and relatively quiet location, laundry and bike in basement Cons: Shared spaces in buildings are poorly maintained, e.g., stairwell, foyer, laundry room (doubtful the machines are ever cleaned routinely), and bike storage. There is sometimes a foul scent in the laundry room and in other areas of the complex”
