“Pros: new , clean, good security Cons: very small, issues with door system”

“Pros: The location is great! A ground floor apartments have access to a semi-private backyard. Cons: The owner and management company were terrible to work with. It took over three weeks to receive my keys and they never returned my security deposit! Advice to landlord: Try to respond after your tenant moves out and needs the security deposit returned.”
