“Pros: Great super, great neighbors, overall good apartment Cons: There’s a loud generator in the back of the building that breaks 80 decibels sometimes. Radiator is loud and the walls make noise in the winter likely from the basement. Advice to landlord: Not sure if the generator belongs to this building or neighbor”
