When water turned off for a week straight the landlord ignored messages. There were several sanitation warnings from the city in the lobby as they keep the garbage in the entryway, and mice (landlord also made us take care of it ourselves). Advice to landlord: Stop forcing tenants to have to call 311 on you and do your basic responsibilities.”
