“Pros: None! NONE none Cons: You have to hold out from paying the rent to get thing fix it upgraded. The front door has been fix/broken for the last 15 years since I been living here(I'm still living here because my parents moved out and i decided to stay with the apt for the last 5 years to save money to buy a house). The heat is never on when you need the most (when ever it 32 below). Advice to landlord: Sell the building if you can't afford it or maintain it.”
