“Pros: Closer to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park, and subway Cons: Old unites, and could bother you the noise from outside Museums activities like concerts or screenings. Advice to landlord: Have access to the rooftop .”

“Pros: Door people are wonderful! Especially Charlie. Super in basement and pretty attentive. Cons: I had cockroaches despite being clean. I think it’s just impossible to fully remove them from such an old building with so many nooks and crannies. The hardwood floors are beautiful but very squeaky. My neighbors below me left passive aggressive notes telling me to step quieter. I lived there alone, walk pretty softly, and had rugs covering most of my bedroom and living room. Advice to landlord: Bike storage would be nice!”
