“Pros: Location is stellar, neighborhood is nice and building is surrounded by amazing cafes and restaurants. Cons: Everything else. Garbage for the whole building is a little plastic rolling trash can from Home Depot. The stairs are crooked, uneven, and unsafe. The apartments are above a deli and roaches come out and play in the apartments above every night. Everything is dirty. Advice to landlord: Invest in good repairs and renovations. Every time some cheap thing around the building/apartment breaks, something even cheaper is installed instead. Then it breaks/fails almost immediately and needs to repaired/replaced again. Spend a little money for the right supplies that will last.”
