“Pros: The most convenient location in Brooklyn, close to public transportation, amazing staff, thick walls so no noise from neighbors, double pained windows so almost zero screen noise, also reflecting windows so no one can see into your apartment from the street, stunning views, rent controlled so no surprises when renewing your lease, beautiful views in the gym and rooftop. Cons: The lobby and lounge aren’t as nice as the rest of the building, they also stop landscaping the roof very early in the summer so it looks overgrown from August through May, also no padding on the roof furniture so you have to bring your own. Advice to landlord: Please add a few more landscaping sessions late summer so people can enjoy the roof.”

It's pretty rare for me to hear my neighbors from within my unit, even if I can hear them when I'm in the hallway (e.g playing music, talking, etc). Building staff is incredible and very responsive. I really enjoy living here. Cons: It's a pretty busy area of Fort Greene which has it's pros and cons.”

They have full service mailing downstairs so if I ever have to ship a box I can drop it off to be picked up without needing to step outside. Cons: Trash shoot is broken sometimes. Advice to landlord: Set rent at a more affordable rate.”
