“Unit 34 Pros: pretty clean, no huge issues. Cons: if you google the landlord (centennial properties) and the guy behind it (jim kroman) theres a lot of dirt, but if you're not in a rent controlled unit it won't affect you/didnt' affect us.”

“Pros: Marco the super is amazing and responsive. Cons: I had a mice problem.”

“Pros: The building is in a great location and was clean and well maintained. Cons: I had dozens of packages stolen. Management was unwilling to install cameras”

“Pros: They clean everyday and the garbage is always taken care of. Maintenance crew is really nice and responsive. Cons: There are weird old building problems like, sink doesn't drain, heat pipes are noisy, and occasional pests even though exterminator comes through twice a month. Advice to landlord: Be willing to negotiate better discounts with good tenants.”
