“Pros: Super is responsive, area is nice. Walking distance to beach. Cons: Despite staff cleaning the building frequently and keeping my apartment spotless there was still a roach issue. It might have to do with residents always throwing garbage in the refuse closet and not down the chutes. Also likely infestation from other units spreading. Advice to landlord: Residents education”
