“Pros: We love the staff that works in this building. They go out of their way to assist you with ANYTHING you may need. Cons: The company that owns the building, GO residential management, price gouges and marks up your rent unreasonably come lease renewal. They are difficult to get in touch with.”

“Pros: Nothing is good Cons: The loudest building ever, worst traffic noises you can’t sleep.”

“Pros: Full service, modern building, great staff, things get fixed relatively quickly. Cons: Building Management does not respond at all other than pushing for higher rent. In recent years, with new ownership, they have doubled the rent and decreased services, and will not address problems.”

“Pros: The unit was really well sound proofed, couldn’t hear neighbor noise and minimal street noise Unit appliances are good quality Gym is quality Maintenance team was great Doormen are so friendly, really quality guys Cons: -#1 issue!! Management is completely unresponsive! -Hallway carpets in need of cleaning, lots of staining - Unit was very hot (76,77) during the winter, even with heat turned down low/off. Must have been getting heat from neighboring units. -Didn’t have any bugs for majority of lease, saw a roach and have heard a neighboring unit has serious roach issue Advice to landlord: You need to be better at replying to tenants, this has become so bad :( If you only follow cost savings it will drive you into the ground.”
