“Pros: -Most of the residents have been there 20+ years so the sense of community is strong -Live-in super takes care of the building daily (cleanliness, garbage, facade) -only 10 units Cons: -During the warmer months of winter it can get a little warm with the radiators -The corner across the street is a hang out spot in the warmer months which means loud music often.”
