“Pros: Very safe neighborhood, everything is close by. Clean apartment building overall neighbors were sweet but favors elderly. Cons: The walls are shit! You can hear absolutely everything from the people across you and definitely the people above you. Quarantine has been an absolute nightmare. Being forced to be home all day everyday. Advice to landlord: Be mindful of the people you screen for apartments if they have children they shouldn’t live above people. Possible better insulation for the ceilings of the apartments.”
