“Pros: Super is pretty responsive in important situations such as getting locked out or needing AC installed. Building is overall pretty clean and never had pest issues Cons: Took months to get one of my lights fixed, have had problems with dishwasher, garbage area is rat infested, neighbor on first floor has a dog that barks all the time, studio apartment is very very small for the price”
