“Pros: Near transportation and schools and delis Cons: The building is seconds away from being condemned. I lived here for over 14 years but the app wouldn't let me put that in. the building needs to be torn down or gutted at least and rebuilt. There hasn't been any thorough renovations since Lord knows when. Advice to landlord: There's been three landlords and they're all slumlords. They refused to fix anything and when they did it was a half assed job with the cheapest repairs anyone could get. They were disrespectful and creepy talking to my 13 daughter at the time telling her to get a job because they were going to raise the rent, in which they couldn't. Their sons were disrespectful and rude.”
